Hisako is the sexually-frustrated wife of the older art academy Professor Ouchi. Ouchi is a repressed conservative who disdains modern art, and expels Kazuo, a student who specializes in SM painting. Hisako becomes obsessed with the expelled student, and has an affair with him. Kazuo and Hisako retire to a cabin in the countryside where they indulge in SM activities.
A girl named Kimika (Sakurano) wakes up chained up in a dark boiler room, unsure of how she got there. She’s soon approached by a strange large man wearing a mask and using a creepy voice changer. The girl is the daughter of Daisuke (Kenji Ezure), the shrewd president of a general contracting company. Daisuke was too occupied with an ongoing sexual fling with his secretary (Asami) to notice that his daughter was missing at first, and his relationship with her was already strained due to a certain incident in the past, but when he receives a threatening phone call he eventually recognizes the gravity of the situation. Eventually, Kimika begins to calm down as her fear slowly turns into a perverse attraction to this strange person holding her captive. What is the kidnapper’s motive? And what is his true form? In the basement of a certain building, insanity merges with obscenity as the plot unfolds.
The movie takes place in four periods: the first, a group of female Christians are raped and crucified in 18th century Japan. The second deals with a man who beats his cheating wife and her lover. The third, and the most interesting, is set in WW2 where inquisition soldiers torture, rape and abuse female traitors, and the fourth story deals with soldiers raping and abusing suspected female spies.
When her older sister’s son is kidnapped, Kotomi, who is determined to help her and her brother-in-law, goes against the kidnapper’s demand and notifies the police. The detective (Keisuke) in charge of the case surrounds the ransom drop-off location to make the arrest, but the kidnapper never shows up and the son is never seen again…Two years later, Kotomi gets married to a man named Makoto. Her sister and her husband pay Kotomi a visit to throw a party and celebrate this wonderful occasion. That night, the two sisters, who had grown apart since the kidnap incident, slept alone together.Kotomi is awakened by an alarm clock, only to find out that she is not in her room, but in a ruined deserted factory with only her underwear on and limbs tied. Next to her lies her sister tied up in the same fashion. In front of the two sisters calling for help appears a man wearing an ominous mask. The man’s deranged game begins as he repetitively violates the sisters. What is the destiny that awaits the beautiful sisters? And what is the true purpose of the man in the mask?
Okoma (literally, Red Cherry) was a woman gambler until she retired from the yakuza world. Two years later, she returns home, and finds that the big boss has been assassinated and his daughter is having trouble keeping things in line against the rival gang headed by the men who killed her father. Okoma decides to avenge her former boss and help his daughter, a former friend of hers. She recruits her own gang, starting with an expert knife-fighter, her former lover. After a fight, the new Gang Leader captures and tortures Okoma sadistically.
